1. WE DO NOT REFUND PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN OPEN AND USED NOR CAN WE EXCHANGE THEM FOR CONSUMER SAFETY. ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR POSSESSION THEY ARE YOURS. IF WE CHOSE TO MAKE A REFUND DUE TO DAMAGE IN SHIPPING OR IF WE ARE SOLD OUT OR PRODUCT BECOMES UNAVAILABLE BEFORE THE SITE IS UPDATED:
“Any refunds will be to the discretion of OVCBD within 30 days of the original purchase date less shipping and processing fees.”
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM SHIPPED WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO OUR ADDRESS LISTED BELOW, WE ARE REQUIRED TO TRACK ALL RETURNS AND DAMAGES. (SEE NUMBER 3.)
2.*We DO NOT do autoships so if you received an order from us it was because you placed it. We do not send any type of monthly product nor do we enroll you in any type of delivery service. iF YOU USED BUY NOW PAY LATER VIA BILL AT CHECKOUT, (SEE NUMBER 12.)
3. IF WE SHIP AN INCORRECT ITEM, WE WILL HAVE YOU RETURN THE ONE WE SENT AND SEND YOU THE CORRECT ITEM. WE WILL PROVIDE THE SHIP LABEL AND PACKAGE BACK TO US.
4. PLEASE READ THE LABEL FOR USE. There is no guarantee how a product will work from one person to the next, we have no way of knowing if a customer is following the directions for use, using daily as should be, not over using, or using the product at all. We do not refund product based on whether or not a person used it and states the don’t like something. Please remember these products cannot be reused or resold due to consumer safety. We do provide an insert with dosing info guidelines with every purchase.
5. WE SHIP VIA USPS DAILY FOR FREE WITHIN USA ONLY, YOU CAN PAY FOR PRIORITY UPGRADE FOR $8 AT CHECKOUT. WITH TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED, PLEASE USE THAT NUMBER TO CHECK THE USPS WEBSITE FOR UPDATES. PLEASE REFER TO YOUR EMAIL FOR YOUR TRACKING. IT WILL START WITH A “9” AND WILL HAVE A LONG NUMBER THAT YOU CAN COPY AND PASTE TO WWW.USPS.COM TRACKING. International shipping requires a fee. Standard USPS or USPS priority charges apply at time of checkout and is calculated based on address. We cannot guarantee that customs will not hold your package. Your phone number is required for international shipping label. If you are contacted via customs you may need to return their call regarding your package.
6. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN PACKAGES OR ADDRESSES THAT YOU DID NOT UPDATE THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. IF YOU PURCHASED PRIORITY SHIPPING THERE IS $50 INSURANCE WHICH YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS. WE CANNOT DO SO. WE DO NOT REFUND LOST PACKAGES, MISPLACED OR STOLEN ITEMS. YOU MAY NEED TO FILE A POLICE REPORT FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD. ONCE THE PACKAGE IS IN THE POSSESSION OF USPS WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. YOU CAN CALL YOUR POST OFFICE WITH THE TRACKING, CALL THE USPS NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
7. MOST ORDERS WILL ARRIVE TO CUSTOMERS IN 2-5 DAYS DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES WITH USPS STANDARD MAIL WITH TRACKING. INTERNATIONAL IS BASED ON CUSTOMS TIMEFRAME WHICH WE CANNOT CONTROL. IF YOU WANT IT FASTER, YOU MAY WANT TO PAY FOR INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY.
