OVCBD TRANSPARENCY: ARE THESE PRODUCTS SAFE?

Ohio Valley CBD products are manufactured in an FDA registered facility, USA made product. Our certificates of analysis (Coa’s) are located under our contact us page and are third party tested as well as having being tested by the lab who provides our products.

WHY IS OHIO VALLEY CBD OIL BETTER THAN THE GROCERY STORE BRAND?

Hemp products sold in stores are most often made with hemp seed oil, which can contain only trace amounts of CBD. While it has been noted that hemp seed oil can be a great source of nutrition, its marginal quantity of CBD per weight makes it infeasible as a CBD supplement. Quality product with CBD  is crucial to effectiveness of the product. Many products are the grocery store, stand alone stores, vape shops, etc, do not have a COA for you to look at and you may be then getting unsafe products or products that contain little to no CBD or products that can be harmful. Please do not buy CBD products that cannot offer you a COA.

 Are these legal?

Under the 2014 Farm Bill, CBD derived from Hemp Seed Oil that has less than 0.3% THC by dry weight is federally legal. Our products comply within these guidelines. Click here for a copy of the 2014 Farm Bill.

DROPS: THERE ARE 30 DROPS IN ONE FULL DROPPER

500MG TINCTURES IS 16.66 MG PER FULL DROPPER, 750MG TINCTURES ARE 25MG PER FULL DROPPER, 1000MG TINCTURE IS 33.33MG PER FULL DROPPER

What is standard seed oil vs the high end extract?

Standard hemp oil, which can be discovered really inexpensively at a supermarket, is a much various product than our CO2 hemp extracts (not from seed). Basic hemp oil is produced by cold pressing the seeds, whereas our hemp extract is a subcritical CO2 extraction of the hemp plant itself, not the seeds. Hemp seed oil is thought about to be a fantastic nutritive food, however it doesn’t have the naturally occurring terpenes, cannabinoids and other parts that our extracts do have.
